This center is revolutionary and we are pioneers in our own right. Complementary and alternative healing centers are common place in “progressive” and “hip-hop” areas of the country, but traditionally not here in the more conservative mid-west. This trend is changing very fast, because people are unhappy with the current system and demanding more comprehensive, preventative, and non-traditional approaches. This is evidenced by the major hospital corporations introducing integrative medicine departments into their organizations that have all the same treatment options that are here at the Authentic Living Center. But we are different!
There is a place for allopathic medicine without a doubt, and there is plenty of room in the health care delivery system for a variety of approaches. Studies shows that holistic practices and modalities are safe, effective, natural, and use the innate wisdom of the body, and when treating the body as a whole it responds beautifully. Utilizing ancient principals with an innovative approach is what we are all about here. Tapping into the energy centers of the body, even though we can’t touch them, is the key to unlocking the obstacles that create “dis-ease”.
We are about healing here. Healing the physical, healing the mental, healing the emotional, healing the spiritual or any root cause, so we can be instruments of transformation allowing us to be pain free, peace filled, vibrant, and alive!
